The Diversity Project and #TalkAboutBlack: #IAM Campaign
At Magellan, we are passionate about diversity in Asset Management. As some as you may know, we are a member of the Diversity Project, the cross-company initiative championing a more inclusive culture within the Savings and Investment profession.
In light of recent events, the Diversity Project is working with #Talkaboutblack to launch the #IAM campaign, which aims to not only increase the representation of black and ethnic minorities in the investment and savings industry, but also to highlight the structural obstacles that persist.
